The Powered™ tutorial provides a step by step description of how to build a business application. It walks through the development of a simple book store application which includes the following functionality :

• Search Book – search the system for books
• Maintain Book – create and maintain book information
• Search Customer – search the system for customers
• Maintain Customer – create and maintain customer information
• Maintain Address – create and maintain customer addresses
• Search Sales Order – search the system for orders placed by customers
• Maintain Sales Order – create and maintain customer orders

At the end of the tutorial you will have a clear understanding of what it would be like to develop a simple business application using Powered™. You will also obtain an insight into the rich functionality that is inherently provided by the Powered™ framework.

Because the Powered™ framework is so easy to use, you do not need a strong technical background or any J2EE experience to follow the tutorial. Even if you only have very limited application development experience/knowledge you will still be able to get a clear understanding of how much time and effort the Powered™ framework can save your team.
